Sheet-applied or liquid-applied membrane systems (like Schluter KERDI or RedGard) are the industry standard. They bond to the substrate and create a true waterproof layer behind the tile — not just water-resistant cement board.

Minimum functional size is 36x36 inches, but 36x48 or 36x60 feels significantly more comfortable. A luxury primary shower is often 48x60 or larger. We design to your space constraints and preferences.

Yes — frameless glass needs a plumb, solid wall or header to mount the hinges and clips. We build the surrounding structure specifically to support frameless glass, which is more demanding than framed enclosures.
